The whole process was quick and easy. The price was fair and the service was excellent. They removed my old roof and installed a new one in one day. I came back home and the yard was so clean, I wouldn't have been able to tell anyone was there if I hadn't seen them working that morning. They use top of the line products and provide all around excellent service...and the lifetime warranty doesn't hurt anything either. I would use them again and again.

Renew Homes representative was in our neighborhood knocking on doors to see if anyone was interested in any of their services. We were in the market for a new roof and we spoke with the representative and he set up an appointment for a salesman to visit. The appointment was scheduled for the next week. Matthias was our salesman, he was prompt and professional. Mathias gave us their sales pitch and offered to survey our roof. He even inspected in both our attics so that he could note any damaged wood. Matthias was so good in his sales pitch we agreed to have them replace our roof the same night. Once the job was scheduled Renew homes kept in contact with us informing us of the schedule date while watching the weather reports. On the morning of scheduled replacement it rained for about 30-40 minutes. The workers had removed some of the shingles before the rained. The workers assured us that they had covered everything and they did. After the rain stopped they continued to work replacing our roof that day. They did a great job and cleaned after themselves. I highly recommend ReNew Homes for any home improvement projects. I will certainly use them in the future for our up coming window replacements.

I needed a new roof for my home. The initial representative came to our home, and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed as he walked us through the process. The services Renew Home Design, Inc. provided was outstanding. They completed the work in a timely manner. I was also impressed that they were able to work out a plan to fit my budget. The President, Jared Arminger is personable and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Renew Home Design, Inc. if you are in need of a new roof.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Justin to find an affordable option for a new roofing system. We have no regrets! The house looks beautiful and everyday, throughout the day, we enjoy driving up to see what feels like our "new" home. Every person we encountered from Justin to Taffy to the installers were professional and courteous. We really feel like part of the Renew family!Update: 8/1/17 We are still loving our new roof after one year but have been majorly disappointed in the lack of attention received from Justin in trying to resolve a couple business issues. The song and dance about becoming a part of the "Renew Family" only lasts through signing on the dotted line. Once the installers leave that will also be the last you hear from them. So provided you have no business related issues, you will be very happy with the product but don't expect the great customer service to extend past the roof installation.

The staff at ReNew Home Designs recently did a superb job replacing my old roof, gutters, downspouts, and guards. Their staff arrived on time and courteously answered all my questions. Taking a break only for lunch, they completed the roof tear-off; replaced several sheets of rotted plywood on the roof and rotted wood near the chimney; and completed the new roof in one day. Additional staff replaced the gutters, downspouts, and guards in a couple of hours a few days later. In both cases, the staff cleaned up all litter before leaving my yard. The superior GAF installation materials and procedures not only created a water-tight barrier for my home, but also enhanced its curb–appeal. I have never met a more committed company than renew. We had a leak in our roof in our newly purchased home. Only 2 weeks living in the home we had to do our roof?!? We had originally signed a contract with another company to do our roof, had no contact with them for 3 weeks and were desperate for help! Renew came to our home Monday, priced us lower than the crooks we originally signed with, had our products ordered by Tuesday, delivered by Wednesday, and by Thursday Evening we had a new roof! Talk about no delay! NOT EVEN A WEEK'S WAIT! Amazing!! Amazing!! Amazing people! Thank you!!

ReNew Home Designs roof replacement service it top notch starting with the interview with the project manager. It was not a sales pitch, just a step-by-step interview starting with the history of the roof. The company credentials are presented in order with supported research on the performance history of the company within the area of Maryland and Pennsylvania. Jonathan, the project manager, walked us through a number of options and detailed all the technical aspects of the quality of the GAF architectural grade shingles we were selecting, lifetime warranty, and the importance of the quality of the underlayment. We went very deep in discussion of all these factors to the point that at the end, we decided to signup the contract. The price was fair taking into account he quality and the size of the job. Their installation group showed up on the next Saturday. I observed a professionally trained crew working at a high level of efficiency. Not a lot of talking and very focused like a well lubricated machine. They completed our big house in a period of about 10 hours. The place was completely clean after the job; and it was a big one. So, we are extremely satisfied and the new roof looks marvelous! My recommendation is that if you are planning on replacing your roof and are afraid of the many roofing companies out there, please give ReNew Home Designs a call. You will not be disappointed and you will detect their level of standards and professionalism right away. The are are GAF top certified roof installer and use only professionally trained crews. I will do business again, in a heart beat.

The workers were very friendly and cooperative. Also, they did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of their work day. The roof looks very nice. Only 4 stars because I'm just not a fan of all the back and forth about the price but to their credit, we did reach a price that was within my budget. Yes, I would recommend this company for a new roof.

Our new roof looks great and we felt they did a great job! The project manager that came and did the sales pitch was very knowledgeable and didn't apply unnecessary pressure for us to book that same day. There was a little bit of confusion when it come to booking the day they came to do the install. We had heard that they were delayed due to bad weather and were going to need to push back our appointment, but in the end they showed up and completed the work on the original day scheduled. This was great, although we were not expecting them so therefore were not at home when they departed to do the final walk through. All in all though they did a great job!

The roofing job was satisfactory. The workers arrived on time and the work was done in a super time period. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was the billing. I was told by the sales representative, that I could get 2 year pricing for 0% finance. When the bill came, I was charged 9.9% interest rate. I called and spoke to the billing people and she said "you signed a contract" stating 9.9%. Be very careful with what you sign because it may ultimately be different when the statement comes. I tried talking to the billing people but she would not listen. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN AND READ EVERYTHING IN ITS ENTIRETY!!!!!Working with the finance people was terrible. I had a very hard time getting in touch with someone. I called at least 5 times before I actually spoke to someone and her attitude was off the chain. Very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!I wish I had read the reviews before accepting the contract. I would highly recommend that you do business with another roofing company.
